Buying a two year old Audi Quattro from a main vw dealership should I be asking to see one ?? When I bought my bmw it was presented to me with vehicle paperwork !

You should always do your own. For the small cost it gives you peace of mind.
A one owner car taken as a trade in against a golf r at main vw garage surely they have done one ??
Chances are you'd be safe on this one. However, if you were buying a house, would you rely on vendors choice of survey agent do a house report for you?
That's what I was thinking can't imagine them dealing in cat c or d cars stolen or dodgy mileage
