Howdy from Audi noob

hello there, today I bought my 1st audi, an A4 3.0 tdi Quattro sline on a 55 plate (204bhp), the car is totally standard and I'm looking for subtle styling mods and performance mods too, 1st on the agenda is a remap, any recommendations where to go, prices and expected performance increases? Also anything I should do before hand like changing air filters etc?
