How to Remove the Front Bumper?

I'm just about to order an RS Grill :

And was wondering if anybody can tell me how to remove the front bumper?
Any guides would be a great help.

Good walk through on Audizine. Removal or refit only a 20 min job after the first exploratory time.

The plastic retainers on the arch liners actually slide off rather than pull .. I must replace the 1st one I destroyed trying to figure that.

Its not too bad a job as me and a mate did it recently. About half hour to remove, nothing to complicated. All the screws along the bottom and side and some bolts that face rearwards from inside the inner wings.
