install windows xp from usb - Google Search

Plenty of sites to choose from, but you need to make sure you set the usb port as the 1st boot up device in your bios & the windows image is bootable on the usb drive, the 1st link is fairly good, have a looksy mate.

If you've not already done it.....

I've just done this (needed to install Windows XP to a netbook with no CD drive).
I use Win2Flash. It does the whole thing for you via its wizard. Just tell it the drives of your Windows CD and USB stick, and then let it do the rest.
Takes about 10 mins.

Google it and you'll find lots of download sites.
