Hi,

In the below images you can see that I have a paint chip about 2cm across on the bonnet of my Audi. I have had it for a couple of years and it hasn't really deteriorated (Audi's fantastic paint and body work).

However, I want to touch it up as best as possible for cosmetic reasons, but I do not want to make a mountain out of a mole hill by addressing it in the wrong way.

How should I treat this? ShouldI use a touchup brush, mask and spray or use another method?

I cant believe you've left it for so long, looks like rust has started so either a chips away person, if they'll do something that bad or I'm afraid its a body shop.
From the other 'neglected' chips on the bonnet it really looks as though the only proper option is a bonnet respray. You need to keep on top of an any damage, the lack of attention really doesn't do you any credit.
