Rear bumper fitted and sprayed.2009 A3 sline sport back? (Used bumper)
My missis just took a disliking to a lamppost. Needless to say the lamppost came out better off

Also how much would a sand and re spray be on the bumper? i just had another look at it and It mite be ok with some filling sanding and spraying.

I got a rear bumper sprayed and some scratches and dings repaired for £180. Fitted myself, its not too hard, would save you some cash.
