How much should I lower by? (pic)

The front sits VERY high on my 2.5tdi. Would 50mm front and 40mm rear be too much?

I think the front could probably do with 50mm but I'm not sure the back needs to come down that far.

Is there a 50/30 kit anywhere?

Don't fancy coilovers. I do about 30k a year and it might be a bit stiff for that.
