How hard to change upper dash?

The edges of my dash are lifting so considering swapping it out for a mint one. Anybody done this?

Do it. Can't beat the illuminated vents.


The dash is just a pain in the *** really.

Remove both lower sections, centre console, steering wheels, all the 8mm bolts down either side, I'm not 100% sure on this but for some reason I think there is 8mm bolts on the under side of the dash on the front edge holding it in, the Air bag on the passenger side and you'll need to plug the sun sensor in the middle.
There is a 10mm plastic nut holding the middle air vent in, remove that and pull that away from the heater matrix and slide the dash away towards you.

It will then look like this.



When refitting, make sure the slide in clips at the back clips in to help keep the dash down at the back.
