Think its just a case of a few clips for the rear infill, not sure though, cant remember. The door sills are easy, undue a few screws and pull the door sill towards you.

i read the how to guides on here - bit i didnt want to remove was the black plate just inside the boot (on top of bumper) - that is glued to the bumper so i just took the rubber off and prised it open whilst i undid the screws behind, otherwise it wouldnt have sat flush to the bumper when i replaced it

I'm planning on doing mine tomorrow.

To do the front do you have to remove the bumper and then is it clipped on.

With the grey side strips, do you have to undo screws under the sills, and for the rear, is it the same as the front.

Yes nath, there's about 3 screws running just under the door, undo these and pull the sill towards you, the rear sill sill just pills towards you and pulls off.
