How do you upload a picture?

hi everyone i cant seem to upload a picture on there i try and this comes up when i try

any help would be good im sure its very easy but i cant seem to do it?

Make an Account on photobucket and upload to there then you can copy and paste the "IMG code" which will pull over the photo
