How do you put a click able link in a post? . .

As the title suggested really... I wanna make a word a link to a page, how do you do it?

Tried everything google has suggested, nothing worked. . . . . Any help?

highlight the word you want ie THIS

then press the "link" button, 7th button along and put your link in.
