how do you check power steering fluid where is it?

how can i check the power steering fluid on my car ive spent ages under the bonnett but cant find it

remove the left hand black plastic cover in the engine bay. Under that will be a small green lid, unscrew it and the level indicator is connected to the lid.

Make sure you only top it up with VAG mineral oil, not any of the high street stuff. It's only £8 a litre from a Skoda or VW dealer.

Also note that is should be checked warm for correct level. Fliud just over min is okay when cold.
