on my way home tonight in my l200 warrior i have some muppet behind me who only drives at one speed so when on the open road i pull awauy from him but then he tail gates me when he catches me up in say the 30/40 zones.

so then i come to a junction i stop look and pull out turning left its very tight and quite narrow so i go slow as the l200 turning circle isnt that good.......then bang muppet piles into the **** end he obviously looked saw there was traffic coming and thought he could make it but had realised i wasnt going that fast.

so get out he states obvious he didnt see me???????? wtf im a 3ton truck lol that you been following for the past 6 miles lol

but get better

as we are now blocking the road i suggest we pull into a side turning just behind us so he reverses bac and drives forward into the space and i follow him as i start to pull along side him the brain dead idiot swings his door open and now as he has turned round i smash his completely backwards

what the hell is wrong with some people first he hits me then as im trying to park throws his door open

and to top it he doesnt want to go throught the insurance as he has only another few weeks before he earns his first years no claims

i thinking screw him ok the damage to mine isnt that great towbars etc saved it, but its written his front wing and now his door lol............and its only a n reg escort which looking at all the other dents on the car isnt worth much lol

sorry to hear this mate - personally I would go through insurance because, at the end of the day, he's crashed into you so in my opinion he shouldn't have any no claims! plus who knows what he might try with you. :)

flame him with the insurance.

Insurance al the way mate, I've done the rather pay cash route, and eventually went to courts via insurance company for a claim after 15 months!

cheers guys im defo going through the insurance stuff his no claims and mines protected anyway lol

i guess il have to let insurance company know that i hit his door even though he opened it just in case he plays silly buggers.....not bothered tho as nfu have zero excess on light goods vehicles

he has rung me twice since i got back (bot number of the side of truck) firstly to say he defo didnt want to go through insurance and secondly to say he spoke to a mate at a body shop who could sort both car out cheap........yeah right i want mine done properly i dont give stuff about his, but cant see it even worth repairing his.... n reg completely crushed front passenger wing cracked headlight kink on the bonnet and the door and maybe damage to wear it mounts dont see the point, especially as i also noticed rear pasenger door also dented and so is the boot

should be fun trying to explain this to my insurance company lol

LOL...hope all this gets sorted for you mate and as you say NFU will sort it for you, i know (i work for them ;))

do you nilz18t..........lol well can you tell someone to ****** ring me back lol i waited 3 hours tonight hoping someone would lol

Totally agree with jojo, deffo go through insurance mate it aint worth the bother!

A neighbour of my nan's backed into my Bora, didnt cause a great deal of damage. The womans son works at a local bodyshop so she asked if we could get him to do it rather than go the insurance route, I kinda felt sorry for her so agreed problem was I could only let him have the car from Friday 4pm onwards and he doesnt work weekends, the stupid bint would see the car round my nans in the morning but couldnt get it through to her stupid head I work shifts miles away from home so she thought I was being ackward, then he started messing me about, weekends when he was supposed to have the car to sort it out he would claim he had a wedding to go to or some other BS excuse took about 6 weeks to sort out...

You probably pay a lot of money every year for your insurance, let them deal with the stress and sort it out. Also where theres blame, theres a claim.

Just my 2 cents.

Dude PM me, I work in IT over here, but might know a few peeps you talking to, so could have a word... ;)

thought id post this update

i had a phone call from my insurance company today just wanting to confirm that the repairs to my warrior had been approved,

and whilst on the phone they told me that the muppet that had crashed into the back of me has had his car written of by the insurance which i think we all knew was going happen .......... but the idiot has gone and hired a car til he can find a replcament and has told my insurance company that i/they will have to pay for it as its my fault he hasnt a car because my truck wrote his off?????????

wtf?? his insurance company apparently told he he didnt have any right to be able to claim for a hire car and mine has told him to go screw, but he has said he will take it to court if he doesnt get money back????

bring it on muppet i say thats what i pay legal cover for with my insurance

are some people just that f@@@ing stupid????

lol i hope he doesnt find a new car to soon lol i want to see him when he gets the bill too lol

apparently accorrding to the chap at my insurance, as far as he can gather the idiot says he`s been to seek advice and says he allowed to do this..........lol even tho he accepted liabilty?

i reckon as he a young chav he been talking to his chav mates and they probably told to hire one .............it ok for them they not going to have to pay out lol

Didn't you notice a brain slug on his head from futurama lol hahahahahah
