How do I tell which engine I have to select correct temp sensor

Hi, I've successfully changed thermostat but hasn't cured problem. Now I need temp sensor what I've read leads me to believe that it is the green one. How to I tell which one I need?

open the bonnet, on the left side or drivers side of the engine, you will see 3 letters which is your engine code.
you can also look in your boot under the carpet where your spare wheel is

This is my service book. My engine code is 'BRB'. As mentioned above, this sticker should also be in the boot under the carpet.
