How do i remove door cards

Bit of a noob question but only had a quick look and u thought you would be able to help. My window wont go down or up but motor tries so may be stuck but how do you remove the door cards? Cheers. Also i have some very small scratches which should polish out, what polish is best to buy? Its a silver a3 im thinking just t-cut? Cheers tom

Ahh i didnt see the screw under the door handle when i had a quick look and to be honest i didnt think any one would have asked that question so didnt search haha oh well... Thanks alot mate much appriciated
