I picked up a K & N air filter but it seems a little more difficult to install it than I thought. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  2. Is it a drop in filter or is it an induction kit?

If it is a drop in filter then it is simply a case of undoing all the screws around the edge of the air box. This should lift up and then you can swap the filters over.

If it is an induction kit have a look here

    http://www.knfilters.com/search/appsearch.aspx

They normally have instructions on the site.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

Is there any screws on the engine cover, or does it just pop off? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/noidea.gif

The engine cover unclips at the front and then if you pull it back slightly it free's itself from the rubber mounting at the back.
