Hotmail Shortcut To Block Senders

Hi Peeps
Im fed up with having to block senders on hotmail by the rigmorole of four or five clicks with a cut and paste to do so.Is there a macro or a short cut where you can just right click or whatever to instantly block a junk mail sender...It seems im getting battered since ive been on gocompare etc!
