Hi chaps

    Hi lads,

    Frank, 24 from Essex. Just put a deposit down on a one owner B7 RS4!

    Being a car forum thought I would elaborate slightly on my car history. Starting with a VW Golf, 1.6 se auto! Then onto a land rover defender, possibly my favourite to date. Couple of toyota pick up trucks.

    Thrown in the mix was my home build Williams Clio 1 number 125. Definitely the nuttiest car I have owned. Did a home build Turbo conversion on an Emerald K6 standalone at just 14psi. Ran a decent 283bhp and 277ft/lb. Did it all properly but unfortunately due to my own error one day it ran lean and MELTED the head. Lost the love for it after that and broke it for spares.

    Currently drive a BMW 535d, absolute weapon and will sorely miss it when I collect the RS4 on Saturday. Would recommend to anyone. Along with a Toyota hilux for work!

    Anyway hi lads and hope you will welcome a first time Audi owner after being an avid Renaultsport lover for many years.

    Welcome :) and what a choice of car/model to start of as an Audi owner!

    Great taste and I'm sure you will forget about that BMW in no time :icon_thumright:

    A little more on the car itself.

    Grey, 47k, one owner from new (a 50 something so I am told). Had a brand new engine fitted by Audi in late 2012 due to pump failure with all the recipts. I would normally steer well clear of a car with a new engine but I had to see it.

    It certainly spoke for itself, immaculate beyond comprehension. Not a swirl to be found.

    So I took a chance and I am itching to pick it up Saturday. Not very literate with uploading images so may need a guide!

    About the BMW though, can I just say what a car, a genuine lump in my throat when she drove off with the new owner today.
