hi all my a3 1.8t is suffering from a delay when I try and floor the pedal the turbo goes well till it hits between 2 & 3 on the rev counter then theres a loss of power sometimes the car jerks and occionally backfire, it will slowly pick up speed when slow preasure is applied to the accelerator but still flat in places,iv had the car diognostics done and only had one code on the engine pop up which was camshaft sensor and that's been replaced I was hoping this would sort the problem but it remains,i worked hard on getting the car on the road and this is the last job if you guys can help cheers

Coil packs breaking down under load ?
I've had LOTS of coil packs over the years and they don't always show up on diagnostics.

hi engine code is AGU I had the car in at vag specialist in Bolton they used vcds and it came up with coolant sensor which as now been changed but still no difference in power I did a 20 mile trip and the temp was jumping from 70 to 90 most of the journey the car drives ok in short shifts I just wont give me any power when it reaches 3k revs under fast acceleration it runs lumpy and starts to jerk then I have to gear down, the bloke said if there was a coil problem it would show on vcds is this true? is there a way I can test the coil, also were is this n75 valve located cheers
