Help With TT Window Closure

Hi

my sister has a TT 225 on a 53plate (iirc)

now when she unlocks the car and opens the door the window comes down a little bit then fully closes once shut

i believe this is just a standard closure feature on the cars

for some reason at the moment the passenger window is still functioning normally but the drivers door isn't closing back up. It drops the inch but when she gets in the car and shuts the door it doesn't go back up to seal???

Can anyone diagnose the problem at all so i know what to look for and what to fix/replace?

Sometimes they just need resetting. Drop the window and keep your finger on the down for a second or two longer than you need to. Raise it and hold it a second or two longer. Repear again just to be sure

IIRC (it's been 6 years since I had a TT) this can sometimes resolve it.
