Help with my S3 Please

I recently purchased an S3, 2001 AMK, it seems to have exhaust system, FMIC, Air Filter, I honestly couldnt say if the injectors were standard but look replaced atleast, TIP, Breather pipes,, anyway i took it to be dyno'd to find out where its at and i got a very strange result back, was wondering if anyone could figure it out, should i go and get a proper map put on it from someone? these figures make no sense

I dont know anything, other than thats probably running lean right? or so the guy said, he said summit about me buying a fuel pressure regulator, like i said, i bought this with no knowledge of whats going on with it, is it a bad map? or did some idiot have a go at making his own **** up? any advice on what i should do?

Hmm, very strange. Had the car scanned with vcds to check it over?
