Help with knee ligament damage?

    Hi damaged my medial ligament in my knee and I'm in need of a brace with support to stop my knee trying to go to the side? Is there any shops that sell them?

    What do you need it for? A company called CTI do high quality knee braces for extreme sports, cost a bomb though! :)

    I have just ordered from that physioroom.

    I need it for general walking around and work as I'm a joiner but specialised in timber frame erecting so lifting a lot of 100-150kg+ items between 2 people

    I`m afraid time is the only healer , takes about 1 year to be fully right.

    Iv`e done the cruciate in one knee and cartlidge in both :(
