help with headlight condensation

Hi all just after a bit of info from fellow a1 owners, I recently got the Mrs a 62 plate 1.2tfsi and after two days of ownership the front headlights have got real bad condensation which doesn't go away. These are halogen lights and every search I've done only really mentions xenon lights. Audi had the car today a have told her that this is normal and they won't do nothing surely this isn't right?

I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and what you've done to get over it my 11 plate A3 doesn't do it and none of my previous cars did it.
