help wiring up 1 piece headlights

Right, need some help with the wiring on ecodes.

i have the valeo headlights, 2x oem motors and 2x plugs (8d0973734) to convert the old wiring to fit the new lights.

what im having trouble with it getting the pins to fit the plug (part number above). audi only sell a part lomb, which i dont want.

What has everyone else done to wire them up.

currently i have the 2 piece lights that use a round 5 pin plug.

I have read about people stripping the old lights out and making adapters from the wiring that plugs direcctly into the audi loom.

Its probably what i would do if it were me

you have to buy cables for the specific plugs... They are double ended, so buy half as many as you need, and then chop them in half. What i did was remove the conenctor from the told lights, and make an adaptor so i didnt need to modify the vehicle loom.
