Help removing centre console/dash 09 A4

Hiya

Look to install a speed camera detector and sat nav into my 09 A4 and need some help removing the centre console/dash.

Does anyone know / have experience in removing the centre console (around the armrest / drinks holder) as I want to run some of the cables under the console.

Any pictures would be excellent.

Far easier to run them down the sides not the middle.

Totally agree it is easier but I want to tap off the power from the cigarette lighter in the armrest

Why, that's permanent live? Far easier to tap an ignition on from the fusebox.

I’ve checked the lighter socket and it only works when the ignition is on, so I don’t think it is a permanent live. I’m putting mee sat nav and speedcam on a mount like the one in the pic so need to hide all the cabling in the centre dash.
