Help!! Removal of back seat base

Can anyone advise me how to remove or lift out the rear seat base of an 09 3 door s-line??

Someone has dropped an engagement ring down one of the small cut outs for the seat belt buckle.

This is the model where the seat base does not lift forward to fold the seats down, i.e. No obvious way to lift it??

In advance of any assistance, any help or comments much appreciated!

The front of the seat lifts up, you will need to give it a good tug.
I had similar problem, i practiced one in a scrap yard first.
