Help needed with VCDS on my A3 2010 s-line tdi

I have managed to get my VCDS cable working.
Only trouble is when I click on some of the modules i.e. like convinence module the long code helper dosnt appear?
I followed the instructions on a YouTube video for activating the aux in and I had to change a number and that worked
But things like needle sweep and dipping passenger mirror I can't change as there is no long helper to assist

Help please lol

All modules will work if you have a genuine cable but if not genuine only some might work
