Help needed!!... Throttle body adaption

Hi all, I have a 2004 1.8t 190bhp Quattro saloon,think it's a bex engine, I've just been out to the car and performed the throttle body adaption. Now the car starts and stalls almost instantly, I've re done the tba 4 times I case I did it wrong even though I followed the sticky, I've managed to move the car about 100 metres where it's ran lumpy stuttering and juddering. Any advice?? I don't have vagcom

You might need vcds to recalabrate the body

ECU will self adapt the TB over a few driving cycles, but VCDS TB adaptation will do it in a few secs.
You really need to get VCDS on it as the TB could be goosed, & no ammount of adaptation is going to overcome that.
