Help needed northwest

Hello audi newbie looking to get access to the hidden mmi screen. When I took the car for a test drive I could access the screen by pressing car+setup, and had a quick look around it but since buying the car I can no longer get into it..!!
Could this be because the garage had reset the service indicator.? I have read that they need to be accessed by plugging a computer in to the car.??
Can anyone help me can travel anywhere in the northwest I'm in Widnes near Liverpool will pay for your time.

Thanks for the offer mate but I got it sorted only problem is the Bluetooth keeps disappearing on me every time it's put back on it goes after a while or after turning the car off.!
Been told I need to do the latest software update to fix the Bluetooth bugs..!!
