Just wondered if anyone has done this conversion and what was involved.
if its the URS4 5 cylinder engine you're fitting, and you're putting it in to a car that already has a 5 cylinder engine, then its a strait swap as far as mountings and gear box is concerned.
For a start, you will of coarse need to junk the K-Jet injection air box and stuff, and will need to fit a 20vt 5 cyl turbo loom & ECU as well.
As for fitting inter-cooler, its going to be a tight squeeze, but can be done.
If you are keeping the S4 inlet manifold, it gets in the way of the RAD, so some manipulation of the RAD to one side & at an angle is needed. Or You could buy a shorter RAD that will sit below it..
There's more to it than just the above ^ , but hope some of that helps for a start.
