Help Clunking noise

Can anyone tell me what the clunking noise coming from the front of my car when i put full lock on! Its not all the time its only happens every once in a while!

It started when i had a burn with a Focus Rs and hit a part hole pretty fast!

Poss track rod end or suspension mounting somewhere, get your car up on a ramp if you can and have a look round behind the wheels you should be able to see something loose/with excessive play.

have a look at your front spring it sounds like it has probably broken and is moving on the cup when you turn the lock
