Help car over heating after water pump replaced

Hi can anybody help. My car is overheating after having the water pump replaced. Also the heaters are stone cold can anybody advise ???

airlock or water pump damaged when fitted , doubt theres a blockage but if so try the thermostat , the heater matrix pipes see if there getting warm

Did you replace yourself of get a garage to do it? If the latter just take it back,
