    Hi All,

I am slowly and I mean slowly modifying my A3 S Line TFSI.

I have been told the xenon conversion is easy to do! is this correct?

Is it simply a case of buying and fitting the new xenon head lamps? (from what I know, xenon head lamps are really expensive to buy)

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    To do list:

Lower the car (eibach or H&R springs) been reading the threads, still none the wiser on which to get
    Remap
    Wheels and tyres
    Short shifter
Black original Audi grill (outter gloss finish, matt black centre)
    Light tint to windows

You will need obviously the oem headlight, if bixenon then wiring to suit & vcds.

Dont fit the aftermarket hid kit, it will blwo your wiper motor & cost you best part of £300 to fit if new parts.

I have some headlights available & can fit these for you.

New will cost you £300+ each without modules or bulbs, so no, they're used.

go for Eibachs, got them on mine and they look good without causing discomfort on ride quality. how low are you looking to go? 35 mm or the whole 50mm? personally im on the 50mm sportlines running 19s which look sweet and still feels decent.

what size alloys you looking for? 18's or 19s? got a mate looking to sell on his 18s with tyres as he wants to upgrade to 19s

What year is your car and where are you based?

    Hi Ash

I have 18's at present and plan to stick to 18's.

The car is an S line, so I have been led to believe its 25mm lower than standard! (Right or wrong?)

Therefore, I want another 15mm, so 40mm, I have just sold my Audi TT and as much as I want a low stuck to the floor, drive into corners car, I want a healthy balance alongside comfort.

I had my TT lowered on Eibach and liked it, H&R seems to hold a better quote on here, but led me to some doubt.

I am based in Morden. South London.

    Hi Ash

    where do you live?

both look mean and low. What drop is the red one sitting on 18's?

Am I right in what I said, in relation to mine being 25 mm lower than a standard A3 as its an S Line?
