Help advice needed

Hello everyone

I recently bought 2 din head unit (diagram below)

I have wiring loom supplied with head unit:

I have Audi adapter:

I have initially connected head unit in my car with 2 issues:
1. rear speakers not working
2. no illumination on front panel buttons

All advice/help appreciated
