Helmet for motorsport

Guys and girls, does anyone no the correct spec helmet to wear when you trackday is it an open front helmet and not a full head like for motorbikes?

Any Helmet will do, open or full face.

Depends on if you want your face to be full of steering wheel and dashboard or not at the end of the day.

i would think a full face helmet is the best option. I think the poly carbonate ones are the best. x
