    Hi Team,

I have just bought an late 2003 A3 tdi 140 sport, i think its a facelift model? It should be fun! As i am offshore i have not seen the car as yet, but its from a dealer friend of mine so its all good,
Can you with your Audi eyes tell me anything about the car? I am told oil pump drive chains can be a problem? what mods should i do and if so who is the best in Scotland to do any work? I am thinking Star performance for the Re-Map?

anyway, pics bellow, your thoughts are most welcome!!

    Hi Team,

I am told its A3 (8P) PD, does this sound correct?

Btw my other car is a BMW E92 M3, so the audi should be a bit better on fuel!!!

Hi and welcome. Yes it is indeed an 8P. Sure the Audi will be good on fuel. Enjoy it when you get back.

    Cheers,

I am looking forward to getting to play in the Audi " The Black Pig " i had a mini cooper s as a second car but it was a bit heavy on the gas and was breaking a lot!

So i am thinking springs, arbs, Re-map, hybrid turbo, Milltek, and up the braking a bit :)

The E92 M3 has a Evolve De-cat exaust and Evolve Re-Map with the top speed limiter removed :) though i may well sell its as its loosing £500 a month in value just now :( they are dropping like stones, shame as its a great car !

    Btw it sounds like this...

used evolve RS exhaust for E92/E93 M3 - The M3cutters - UK BMW M3 Group Forum
