Changed the bulb recently as usually is a not fully home back plate on the headlight, unless there is a crack in the seam which is letting air get in.

the seat cupra's used to suffer big time with this and there fix (seat cupra net)was to drill a small hole in the back of the headlight sealing cap so that the outside temp is the same as inside the headlight.... dont know if this is also a cheap fix on audi's ??

I'd try a silica gel sachet before you start drilling holes...
