headlight adjustment

    hello guys,

    i need to adjust my headlights down, i know how to adjust the height of them i was just wondering if anybody knows the setting number it should be on. my mot retest is on tuesday so get checking on your a3 :)

    Set the interior knob at 0 before aiming the headlights

    ok thanks, do you recon it will pass the mot if it stays at 0?

    0 is the highest setting and it's where the MOT man will set the lights before checking the alignment

    ahh rite. do you know what the actuall number setting in on the actualy light itself, i do beleive there are numbers on the outer side of the normal headlight?

    AFAIK theree are no numbers on them, maybe an 8P expert can tell you different. But tbh its not good you setting it the same as someone else as the light could be fitted slightly differently, or your suspension different
