How do you mean a high flow one? I assume a large port head? tbh there is no need to swap out to a large port until you go over 350hp and for this you will be on a larger framed GT turbo at this point which will make more power higher up the rev range..
If still on a K04 (std or hybrid) then a small port is better... get better low down torque and the K04's have had it by just over 6k anyway so all the benefits of a large port can't be used...
Heads are pretty much identical... vacuum and breathers are attached to the inlet and cam cover so arguable you just fit head and connect up as before...
