Head light problem

Hi iv put some 2001 headlights in my 1998 a3 everthing is working apart from the h1 headlight . My dip bem and sidelights work . I got a loom converter because the looms plugs are different. Mine had 5 wire and the loom i got had 4 . So when i put my lights on they are dime and comes up on my dash there is a bulb out . Help please

are you getting power to the bulb ?

has the earth lead came off (next to the bulb) ?

Hi mate thanx for your reply . I am getting power to all my bulbs but the h1 lights are really low .ill check the earths to the lights later see if the have come off
