Hazard warning light switch stays on :-(

Hi guys,
Think I'm in the right area now with this request.
Ive just bought a 2004 A3 2.0 tdi sport on getting it home tonight I've noticed two things, Firstly now its dark i can see that the hazard light stays on all night I'm sure this isn't normal and will drain the battery at some point, secondly as i sit in the car if i turn electrics on there seems to be a tapping noise coming out of the speakers. the radio doesn't work either. Its an audi concert radio with bose speakers.

Can anyone help I've looked around but cannot seem to find a comprehensive answer.

If anyone does have an idea can they please explain it to me like I'm stupid lol Thanks.

The hazard light does stay on; could be anything with the radio though!

Thanks. I noticed the hazard light did go out after ten minutes or so.
Still don't know what s going on with radio

Yes, the hazard light will stay on for a little longer...
As for the audio problem, run vcds diagnosis, it should tell you what causes the problem
