A4 TDI (B6) 2001.
If parked on a slight hill and i apply the handbrake, car will start to crawl (you can hear the back brakes squeaking/groaning very slightly)
Discs are good pads are 2 months old (genuine pads) the rear calipers were adjusted properly. Also what ive noticed if i hit the brakes at a speed,it seems as all the weight is at the front and the front brakes are doing all the work to stop the car.
My mechanic said thats why the brake pedal travels slightly more than it should, cause the back brakes are not catching at the same time as the front and maybe the cables are slightly stretched.
Is there anyway i can adjust the cables abit on this car,and is it done from under the car or from inside the car, under the center console?
