Haldex?

Can anyone shed some light on this fault code

Ive been having excesive wheel spin issues, could this be the haldex controller?

Most likely a poor connection from your Haldex controller or the controller is faulty.
If it is faulty, up-grade to the Blue Haldex HPP, night and day of a difference, a real improvement over standard.

Check you handbrake is not coming on as this disables drive from the Haldex.
