H&R ARB Question

I have just brought a full set of ARBs (H&R) for my S3 (2001)... Just a quick question.. They have 2 adjustment holes on them (Front and back).. Which one is should i use??

I'd say softest on front and stiffest on rear (not that I have the ARBs) but you don't want it understeering.

The hole closer to the end is the softer of the two settings.
