    Has anyone purchased anything through Groupon? and has anyone cancelled a coupon with any issues?
    I purchased a product and have just emailed them asking to cancel the transaction under the distance selling regs.

    Girlfriend has bought a couple of offers for places in aberdeen off it. Never had any hassle.

    Used it a few times, got a few presents in the form of groupon vouchers aswell, never had to refund anything though.

    It's mainly for food mate, so yes, some good discounts available, I also have used Vouchercloud on my iPhone also, which is quite handy sometimes!

    Well i have purchased a bed, yet the coupon code does not work on the seller's website! It also states that it has to be used today after 6pm.

    I purchased 'Hollywood Lashes' recently and couldn't get in touch with the seller to book an appointment, the mobile was always off, I filled out the online booking form and they replied and told me to phone a landline number they included, phoned the landline and it was the wrong number! Groupon then refunded me without any hassle. I still want my eyelashes done though, typical female lol.

    we've bought loads of activitys from group on and some products.

    The 6pm dead line to order your bed is not all ways 6pm on the dot.
    Give it time and it will be come active.
    We had to do the same thing and it did not activate until the next day.
    Give it some time and try again.

    Never cancelled any thing yet.
