Green temp sensor

Hi everyone,I have been changing engine sensors,just for something to do,I bought the new green coolant 4 pin sensor but the plug does not fit my 1999 APY any ideas?

Hi thanks,This is the green sensor I have,The Audi dealer said this is correct for my car, but the electrical connector is totally the wrong shape,does anyone know the part nu
mber for APY engine?
