Got /now about TOMTOM? Please help...

    Hi,
    Bought a TOMTOM ONE Boxing day with a GB map, I need to get a new map to use in Florida but i'm struggling with the TOMTOM site-
    Any help would be greatfully appreciated-

    You'll most likely need a bigger SD card and then the Map to go onto it.

    Yeah, the problem i'm having is finding the cheapest and best way to go about it- dvd- download- new disk-
    It seems that every time I go on the site it offers a different suggestion
    Was hoping those who had physically done it could say how so that I could copy them!!!

    Can't help you there I'm afraid I have a Tomtom go, not a one.

    And buying software?.... Pah!

    It's hard to counterfeit maps for a Tom Tom as the serial for the map normally only works for the serial of the Tom Tom, you are looking at £90 approx for a map of this.
    There probably is a way around this but I have yet to look in to it, this site is pretty useful but they have 0 tolerance on anyone trying to "Screw" the system to get free maps!

    I downloaded the San Francisco City Map (I have a TTG700) and that's fine.
    Not sure if you're after just one area (city map would be best) or the whole of Florida, in which case I suspect you'd need the whole US map.

    thanks for your help guys, seems a quick question to tomtom sorted my issues, once theyd given me the correct software it was suprisingly easy!
