Glovebox lock removal

Just fitted a new glovebox today but need to remove the lock from the old one, any ideas people at how this is done?, cheers

next to the lock (on the inside) theres a very small screw,undo this and then pull the catch from the front,as if you were opening the glovebox,it should come out,failing this,,pull the catch and slide the lock left or right it will come off,ive done mine about 6 months ago.

He had un done that screw and it wouldnt come off, but Dont worry...i went round and yanked at the glove box and generally bashed at it, and sure enough it came off!!

Cheers got it out just need to swap it around now.:icon_thumright:
