Glovebox cd changer upgrade

I have a 2004 1.8t 190 avant and am currently going through the process of upgrading my chorus head unit for rnse. I have all the parts reqd and was thinking about also fitting a 6 disc changer in the glovebox. Does the cd changer fit any glovebox or does it need to be a special type. If anyone has done this do they have a how to guide. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you need the glovebox that holds the cd changer
but if you are haveing the rnse why not just use the SD cards
you can get plenty of music on those
and cut down on cost of the CD changer glovebox and cable.

Ok. Think ill scrap that idea. What about iPod/iphone connector with text display????

You wont get any decent ipod setup on rns-e without ami & thats not cheap either, just use sd cards as already stated, easier & holds plenty of tunes.
