Full DIS Retro fit?

Hey guys

After realising that my new wagon doesn't have the full DIS I am wanting to upgrade, i understand that i will require a new wiper stalk with the buttons and then a re-code in VAG-COM.

I have also heard that because my car doesn't have a washer bottle sensor you can ground the output used for this, how easy is this to do?

Any help would be much appreciated.
